清蒸的鲜淮山,淋些糖水浸泡过,孩子很喜欢吃的。
尤其是这样有点焦糖的淮山,咔嚓脆的焦糖。
或者淮山蒸好改放蜂蜜就更好了 更健康啦。

Steps to make 焦糖鲜淮

  • 1.鲜淮山去皮切小段。
  • 2.码好盘,锅里放清水煮开,放蒸架 隔水蒸希望淮山甜的入味的,可些撒些白糖在淮山上一起蒸。
  • 3.隔水蒸熟,10-15分钟左右蒸10来分钟左右。
  • 4.蒸好的淮山,喜欢蜂蜜的这时直接加些蜂蜜即可以吃啦。
  • 5.热锅里放3勺白糖、一点点水煮糖浆。
  • 6.煮到水分减少,糖完全融化。
  • 7.倒一部分在蒸好的淮山上。
  • 8.剩下一半回炉再煮成焦糖。
  • 9.动作要快。淋在淮山上面即可。
