老公这段时间出差,可把我给忙坏了,工作辛苦就不说了,一日三餐给女儿变着花样做饭,真是忙碌不堪。看来,老公不在家就是不行啊,呵呵。
    再忙,给女儿做饭也不能马虎,这个小丫头啊,吃饭挑剔的狠,遇到爱吃的,眉开眼笑,看见我凑乎着做饭,就一脸的乌云密布。这不,晚餐给她做了一条鱼,没等我把其余菜炒好,她就吃得只剩下一溜鱼刺。哈哈,糖醋扒皮鱼,她怎么吃都吃不厌。

Steps to make 糖醋扒皮鱼

  • 1.扒皮鱼解冻,用厨房纸蘸干水分,每面斜着切三刀,撒少许盐腌制。将糖、醋,料酒、生抽、老抽、胡椒粉加水调匀备用。香葱切好。
  • 2.锅内加少许油,油热后放2片姜。
  • 3.姜片变色后,放入扒皮鱼。改中小火。(一般情况下我都是做2条,今晚准备的菜多,老公又不在家,就做一条了)
  • 4.小火煎至两面金黄。
  • 5.倒入备好的料汁。
  • 6.大火烧热后再改小火,中间翻面,闷一会儿。
  • 7.两面受热均匀后放入少许鸡精,再翻面。
  • 8.大火收汁,放入香葱。
  • 9.出锅了,诱人吧!
