  • 1.原料图如图。分别用称称量出100克低筋面粉,100g玉米淀粉,糖粉60g,黄油100g,盐1g。
  • 2.把低筋面粉和玉米淀粉放在一起,过筛。
  • 3.把蛋黄放在筛网上,用手指按压,使蛋黄成为蛋黄细末。
  • 4.黄油软化好后,放入糖粉和盐。用打蛋器打发至体积稍微膨大,颜色稍变浅,呈膨松状即可。
  • 5.倒入过筛的蛋黄并搅拌均匀。
  • 6.搅拌均匀后,放入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉。用手揉成面团。然后套上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 7.冷藏好的面团,分别搓成10g重的圆球,搓好的圆球用大拇指肚摁一下,不要太用力,压扁圆球的一半即可。分的团一定要均匀,不然上色不匀。
  • 8.烤箱预热好,放入烤箱,上下火170度,烤15分钟,至饼干边缘微黄即可。
  • 9.饼干做好了不要着急,最好放凉了吃,入口即化的感觉,很棒!
