  • 1.准备好食材,木耳用的是春木耳,朵大。
  • 2.白菜片出一层一层的,这样切出来的丝细口感好
  • 3.摞好准备切丝
  • 4.刀工真心不怎么样,切的慢,还不均匀,好吃就行啦
  • 5.摆盘,切木耳丝。这里要强调一下,木耳要用水焯一下的
  • 6.黄瓜和胡萝卜,直接叉丝,实在不会切。强调胡萝卜丝也要用开水烫一下,这样才有胡萝卜素
  • 7.干豆腐切成细细的丝
  • 8.准备凉拌汤料
  • 9.香油
  • 10.蒜一定先拍碎,在切蒜末,然后倒入生抽,凉拌醋,白糖,香油,辣椒油。搅拌均匀,放置10分钟。
  • 11.煮粉丝,淋水,放入盘,撒点黑芝麻。东北家常凉菜特色就是粉丝。
