Steps to make 茄汁鱼柳

  • 1.龙利鱼买回来后切成块状,洗净沥干水后加入姜片、少许盐、料酒和盐,抓匀。西红柿切片备用。
  • 2.腌制片刻后,热锅下油,中小火把鱼柳煎至微黄。
  • 3.煎黄的鱼柳块盛起。
  • 4.热锅下油,把切片的西红柿放入,中火翻炒。
  • 5.加两勺白砂糖和少许清水后小火慢慢焖出茄汁。
  • 6.焖了几分钟后的西红柿已经变软烂。
  • 7.加入两勺番茄酱和煎好的鱼柳,待收汁后盛起。
  • 8.酸甜可口,肉质细嫩。
