  • 1.茶树菇。
  • 2.剪去根部,清洗干净,倒入清水泡30分钟。
  • 3.猪腿肉。
  • 4.切成块。

  • 6.豆腐乳碾成泥,倒入料酒、酱油、老抽拌匀。
  • 7.烧开一锅水,将肉块倒入锅中焯水5分钟,捞起后用凉水清洗表面的血沫,沥干水分备用。
  • 8.锅中热油,放入黄冰糖。
  • 9.炒出糖色。
  • 10.放入肉块。
  • 11.煸出油脂。
  • 12.加适量的盐、红曲粉、胡椒粉,十三香炒匀。
  • 13.再倒入腐乳酱汁。
  • 14.撒点鸡精,小火翻拌均匀出锅。
  • 15.分别放入2个准备好的碗中。
  • 16.锅里的油和酱汁,不要浪费,倒入茶树菇翻炒入味。
  • 17.茶树菇铲入红烧肉表面。
  • 18.入锅蒸35分钟。
  • 19.时间到出锅。
  • 20.准备一个盘子,盖住五花肉的碗,倒扣过来。
