虾仁酿苦瓜

Steps to make 虾仁酿苦瓜

  • 1.苦瓜切段,挖去瓤
  • 2.酿好的肉馅放入苦瓜中
  • 3.虾仁收拾干净,在虾仁的前部割开一个口,把虾尾从中间穿过去做成虾球
  • 4.把虾球放入苦瓜中
  • 5.大火烧开上屉蒸8分钟即可
  • 6.蒸好的苦瓜,倒出来盘子里的汤汁
  • 7.用汤汁加上水淀粉和生抽蚝油,勾个欠倒在苦瓜上即可
  • 8.成品
