自制酸奶
自制酸奶非常简单,也非常的有营养,外面卖的添加了防腐剂、甜蜜素等吃起来不健康,而且乳酸菌也已经消失了,还是自己做的好无任何添加,二天吃完充分保留了乳酸菌的活性,这才是真正的酸奶。

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.准时食材。
  • 2.酸奶机内胆清洗干净,要用开水烫一下,最好是煮一下消毒。
  • 3.先倒入一小部份牛奶,为的是一会放入发酵菌时不粘到底部。
  • 4.再倒入发酵菌,用干净的小匙搅拌一下,让发酵菌融入牛奶中。
  • 5.再倒入剩下的全部牛奶。
  • 6.盖好,接通电源,酸奶机就会自动工作了,酸奶机设定的是自动恒温。
  • 7.十二个小时候牛奶就会凝固,我一般都是头天晚上做,第二天早上酸奶就做成好了,等酸奶凉了以后一定要放入冰箱中冷藏。
  • 8.吃时从冰箱中取出,如不能吃太凉的,可取出一部份,放置室内回温,可调入蜂蜜,加上自己喜欢的水果,既可享用美味啦!
