红豆年糕
以往,年糕都是过年时才吃。因为要把糯米碾成米粉,再蒸再摔打,这才能吃到软糯筋道的年糕。要不然怎么把“粘糕”叫“年糕”呢。现如今,超市买来的糯米粉,再加上得力的厨房小工具,可以一年四季随时享用到好吃的年糕了。

糯米营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸及多量淀粉等营养成分。有补中益气、健脾养胃、止虚汗、解毒之功效。一般人群均可食用,更适宜体虚自汗、盗汗、多汗、血虚、头晕眼花、脾虚腹泻之人食用。

  • 干红豆40克

Steps to make 红豆年糕

  • 1.糯米粉、粘米粉准备好
  • 2.干红豆提前用清水泡发好
  • 3.所有材料混合好
  • 4.揉成团
  • 5.直接放进面点机内桶中
  • 6.内桶入面点机中,桶中放入适量清水,选择“蒸”功能,定时1小时
  • 7.焖5分钟再取出
  • 8.晾到温热时,取出,手蘸凉开水或者植物油,将年糕摔打成更密实的团
  • 9.用保鲜膜包好,整形,入冰箱冷藏1小时以上
  • 10.切片后或蘸白糖食用,或上锅中煎煎食用。如果想省事,在桶中晾凉后取出,直接切片
