味增烤鱼
味增是一种日本调味料,用黄豆等粮食发酵后做成的酱,我感觉和东北的大酱味道差不多,不过,味道好像更细腻一些。用味增配鱼做菜,可以增加鱼的鲜味,一般用来做汤。家里有一瓶朋友带回来的日本味增,很少用,今天我用来做烤鱼,味道一样不错。买了一条金目鲈鱼,我们叫盲曹鱼,加上姜葱蒜末,烤出来的味道很鲜美,肉质比较细嫩,香气也比较浓郁,很好吃。

Steps to make 味增烤鱼

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.鱼用一点盐撒在表面稍微打点底味。
  • 3.将葱姜蒜切末,和味增拌匀。
  • 4.将鱼置于锡纸上面,将调味酱均匀涂抹鱼的两面。
  • 5.抹好味增的鱼用锡纸包好
  • 6.将包好的鱼放入烤箱,250度烤20分钟左右。
  • 7.时间到后打开锡纸就行了。
