五彩汤圆
今年的汤圆是五颜六色的,因为馅料品种多,总是要用不同颜色区分开来。所以汤圆皮也就各种颜色都有了。今天做的这两种五彩皮就分别包了果酱芝麻馅和豆沙馅。这样吃的时候是一目了然,看到皮就认识馅了。

  • 开水320g
  • 可可粉3g
  • 抹茶粉1g
  • 红曲粉0.5g

Steps to make 五彩汤圆

  • 1.把糯米粉用开水和成面团后取出2/3,分成4份,分别用抹茶粉、红曲粉和可可粉,可可粉分开在两个面团上,一个多点,一个少点,和成深浅两种可可面团
  • 2.总共和成4种带颜色的面团
  • 3.把彩色的面团放入开水中煮一分钟,然后再揉均匀,这样面团有更好的延展性。
  • 4.把彩色面团搓搓条,铺在白色的面团上
  • 5.扭搓成长条,揪成小剂子
  • 6.还可以只用彩色的面团,全部搓成长条
  • 7.扭转
  • 8.揪成剂子。这样的面团做好的汤圆是张成品图中红色碗中的样子
  • 9.包入豆沙或其他馅料
  • 10.全部包好
  • 11.开水煮熟即可
