红豆酸奶冰棍
这可能是网上最简单的冰棍做法了,只需一碗红豆,一瓶酸奶,就能做出好吃的红豆酸奶冰棍。

    Steps to make 红豆酸奶冰棍

    • 1.红小豆洗净浸泡12小时以上,酸奶尽量用比较稠一些的、准备适量白砂糖。
    • 2.红豆清洗泡12小时以上,放入电饭煲中,加入适量水,按煮饭程序开始烹饪。
    • 3.煮饭程序结束后看豆子的成熟情况,如果用手一碾就烂,那就可以了,如果还有点硬,那还得重复煮一次。煮好的红豆最佳状态就是颗颗软糯但不爆裂。
    • 4.煮好的红豆捞出,控干水份。加入准备好的白砂糖或蜂蜜拌匀。重点!!!捞的时候一定要控干水份,不控干水份做出来的冰棍容易有冰渣。
    • 5.加入酸奶拌匀。酸奶和蜜豆没有称重,但蜜豆和酸奶的大概体积比是3:2,酸奶要品牌不限,但是尽量浓稠一些更好吃
    • 6.把拌匀的红豆酸奶直接倒入准备好的冰棍模具中,轻轻震匀。
    • 7.盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷藏24小时即可。
    • 8.冷冻好后脱模即可食用。无任何添加的解暑美食,简单快手!快来试试吧!
