苹果手绘蛋糕卷

  • 白砂糖10+30g
  • 色拉油20g
  • 牛奶35g
  • 抹茶粉5g
  • 红曲粉3g

Steps to make 苹果手绘蛋糕卷

  • 1.抹茶粉和红曲粉分别加少许清水解开,备用
  • 2.准备好材料
  • 3.蛋黄放入盆中,加10g白糖搅拌至白糖融化
  • 4.加入色拉油拌融合
  • 5.加入牛奶拌匀
  • 6.筛入低粉
  • 7.拌成糊状,备用
  • 8.蛋白加30g白糖(分3次)打至湿性发泡
  • 9.取一小勺蛋白和蛋黄糊拌匀
  • 10.加入适量红曲水
  • 11.做成红面糊
  • 12.依次做好抹茶面糊
  • 13.在烤盘上铺油纸,挤出图案,放入180度的烤箱,烤1分钟左右,表面凝固即可取出
  • 14.蛋白霜与蛋黄糊分3次切拌均匀
  • 15.拌面细腻滴面糊
  • 16.倒入 小平果 烤盘,抹平表面,震去气泡
  • 17.放入预热好180度的烤箱,中层,20分钟,出炉后倒出来揭开底部油纸,冷却
  • 18.冷却后。翻转过来,抹上果酱
  • 19.卷起,放冰箱冷藏至少30分钟再食用哦
  • 20.切块,开吃~!
