红豆沙蛋黄酥
蛋黄酥是常见的传统特色小吃。喜欢吃月饼,但是,又不喜欢太甜的,对蛋黄酥,可是情有独钟的,超级喜欢,特别是里面的蛋黄的香味,真是让人欲罢不能;太棒了!有颜值又好吃,孩子太爱了!

  • 1.先来做水油皮,先液体后粉剂,放入面包桶中;

  • 4.然后,把油皮和酥皮,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏室中,醒20分钟;
  • 5.这时候,开始做蛋黄;准备好蛋黄、白酒;
  • 6.把蛋黄在白酒中浸泡下;滚下;
  • 7.依次放在烤盘中;烤盘最好铺上锡纸;
  • 8.放入烤箱中,150度 ,上下火,10分钟;
  • 9. 烤好的蛋黄,放一边,凉凉;待用;
  • 10.然后,把酥皮和油皮,从冰箱取出来,依次分成小剂子,分成各20个;
  • 11.把油皮,揉圆,擀开了;
  • 12. 中间,放入一个酥皮剂子;

  • 17.从冰箱取出,冷藏好的小剂子,揉圆,擀平,擀成牛舌状;
  • 18.从下往上,卷起;
  • 19.依次做好其余的,盖好保鲜膜,再次放入冰箱冷藏20分钟;
  • 20.20分钟后,再取出,再次擀成牛舌状;
  • 21.再从下往上卷起来;
  • 22.盖好保鲜膜,又放入冰箱冷藏20分钟;
  • 23.20分钟后,取出,取一个小剂子,如图的样子,卷起来;
  • 24.按平,擀开了;
  • 25. 用虎口,加入一个豆沙蛋黄馅料;
  • 26.收口,收口朝下;
  • 27.依次做好其余的;
  • 28.准备好蛋黄液,和黑芝麻;刷上蛋黄液,然后再撒上黑芝麻;
  • 29.放入烤箱中,上下火;175度,25分钟;烤好取出,待凉,就可以了!
