辣子滑油鸡丁

Steps to make 辣子滑油鸡丁

  • 1.辣椒去籽,顶刀切成圈。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切成小丁,放盐、胡椒粉、生抽、生粉、蛋清,搅拌均匀,放少许油腌10分钟左右。
  • 3.热锅凉油,待油烧至三四成热时,放入鸡丁。
  • 4.将鸡丁滑至变色,盛出多余的油脂,放入葱段炒香。
  • 5.放入辣椒圈。
  • 6.放入盐,继续翻炒。
  • 7.放入少许生抽。
  • 8.放入少许味精。
  • 9.翻炒均匀即可。
  • 10.成品。
