橙香银鳕鱼
银鳕鱼低脂肪、高蛋白,刺少,是老少皆宜的营养食品。鳕鱼具有高营养、低胆固醇、易于被人体吸收等优点,是我家女儿喜欢吃的!今天用了橙汁来做的酱汁!

  • 银鳕鱼2块
  • 芦笋9根
  • 橙汁100ml
  • 黑胡椒碎少许
  • 鲍汁1勺
  • 黄油10g
  • 六月鲜酱油1勺
  • 料酒10ml
  • 少许
  • 生粉少许
  • 砂糖半小勺
  • 柠檬汁10ml
  • 橄榄油少许

Steps to make 橙香银鳕鱼

  • 1.银鳕鱼洗净用厨房纸巾吸干水分
  • 2.放人碗里加盐、料酒、黑胡椒碎腌制30分钟
  • 3.平底锅中加入适量的黄油
  • 4.腌制好的鱼块拍上一层生粉
  • 5.放人锅中单面煎3分钟
  • 6.然后翻面煎3分钟,最好能淋点白葡萄酒
  • 7.芦笋先焯水再放人一起煎一会,出锅装盘
  • 8.另一个锅里加点橄榄油放人橙皮丝翻炒一下
  • 9.倒入适量的橙汁
  • 10.加点六月鲜酱油、鲍汁、砂糖和柠檬汁一起煮沸
  • 11.一直煮至浓稠即可
  • 12.把酱汁淋在鱼上即可
