生火腿烩饭

Steps to make 生火腿烩饭

  • 1.配料:生火腿、萨拉米香肠、短粒米、洋葱、调味(牛奶、奶油奶酪、帕马森干酪、红花、橄榄油、盐)。
  • 2.萨拉米香肠、洋葱切碎。
  • 3.在锅中加入橄榄油,将切碎的萨拉米香肠、洋葱炒出香味。
  • 4.加入生米翻炒均匀。
  • 5.往锅内加水,同时加入适量盐和红花。
  • 6.中火煮饭15分钟,改小火再闷5分钟,煮饭期间如下图所示将生火腿摆入铺好保鲜膜的碗内。
  • 7.米饭煮熟后根据个人口味刨入帕玛森干酪拌匀,然后将米饭盛入生火腿碗中。
  • 8.将生火腿包裹住烩饭,倒置于盘中。
  • 9.在锅中将牛奶烧热,加入奶油奶酪,并将其彻底搅拌至顺滑无结块。
  • 10.将生火腿烩饭上的保鲜膜撕开,将制作好的白汁浇在上面。
