Steps to make 牛肉丸芝士焗饭

  • 1.锅里放一小块黄油,融化后放入洋葱末煸炒。
  • 2.放入番茄酱、去皮切丁的西红柿,把西红柿炒出汤汁。加入适量生抽、白糖和食盐调味。
  • 3.放入牛肉丸。
  • 4.放入米饭、蔬菜粒。
  • 5.把西红柿汤、蔬菜粒和米饭充分拌匀。
  • 6.把拌好的米饭平铺在烤盘里,用刮刀把表面修理平整。
  • 7.在最上面均匀撒上一层芝士。烤箱185度预热好,放入中间层烤制20分钟。芝士融化,表面略带焦黄即可。
