三文鱼头豆腐汤

    Steps to make 三文鱼头豆腐汤

    • 1.锅里倒入适量橄油,将已经用盐以及胡椒粉腌过的三文鱼头放入中火煎。
    • 2.煎好一边反转煎另一边同时把姜片加入。
    • 3.当两边都煎好之后注入适量开水大火煮沸。
    • 4.煮约十分钟左右鱼汤呈奶白色时倒入豆腐。
    • 5.继续煮片刻之后把番茄也加入一起煮。
    • 6.调入少许盐以及胡椒粉即可熄火,最后放香菜。
