百合籽绿豆桂花汤
记得小时候每到夏天百合上市之时,母亲常常会煮上一锅百合绿豆汤,记得那时的百合苦味很重,在煮之前还要把百合瓣上的那层薄薄的膜撕去,再放凉水里泡一会,去掉部分苦味,然后再和绿豆一起煮。
现在的百合却似乎没了苦味,煮出汤来再也没了儿时的滋味。一次偶然的机会看到了百合籽,据说百合籽很苦,一想不如买点回去试试,看能不能找回过去的滋味。别说,还真的有那点意思,刚入口有点淡淡的苦味,回味甘甜,一碗下肚,浑身舒畅。

  • 1.百合籽挑去杂质、坏籽,洗净备用。
  • 2.绿豆洗净放清水煮开。
  • 3.煮至绿豆酥烂加入百合籽。
  • 4.百合籽很容易熟,煮开后5~6分钟放白糖调味,可根据自己的喜好适量放糖,喜欢苦味就少放点。然后加入桂花盖盖闷一会。
  • 5.放凉后美味的百合籽绿豆桂花汤就能品尝了。
