懒人煲仔饭
1.做好菜饭的关键是煮饭的水要放的适当,水太少会导致米不熟,或是太干硬。水太多会显的太软烂,通常要熟悉您常用的电饭锅,煮到软硬适度,要放多少的水量才好。
2.这道菜饭除了可以用腊肉也可以用腊肠来煮,注意都要切成小颗粒而且不要太肥,过多的油脂吃起来会腻.

Steps to make 懒人煲仔饭

  • 1.青豆和白米洗净备用。
  • 2.香菇洗净切片,胡萝卜切丁备用
  • 3.火腿切丁,腊肉切片或者切丁备用
  • 4.电饭煲按煮饭键,放入少许芝麻油,预热两分钟,然后放入香菇和腊肉,盖上锅盖,干煎两分钟,然后放入青豆,胡萝卜,火腿,白米,和其他辅料搅拌均匀,放入适量清水(水量刚没过饭菜即可)。盖上锅盖,待电锅跳至保温键,再焖5分钟即可
  • 5.煮好的饭搅拌均匀即可,喜欢胡椒粉的可加入少许,会更香。
