Steps to make 美味手剥笋

  • 1.雷笋鲜嫩可口,去皮得有耐心哦。
  • 2.剪去笋尖,削去老根。
  • 3.只选用笋尖,剩下的做别的菜,长约10公分左右,一共得到600g笋尖。
  • 4.锅中加入没过笋尖约两指的水。
  • 5.加入1g小茴香,1g八角,1g桂皮,3片香叶,3片生姜,10g果醋,6g糖,10g盐,20g料酒。
  • 6.根据自己口味酌情加入泡椒水、泡椒,我前后一共加了130克。
  • 7.大火煮开,小火慢煮50分钟。
  • 8.自然晾凉,装入保鲜盒,放入冰箱冷藏保存。
