轻芝士蛋糕
这次的蛋糕很成功,真的做到不收腰,不分层,不塌顶,口感细腻,奶香浓郁,只要注意两个关键点温度和时间菜鸟也能做出完美的芝士蛋糕。

  • 低筋粉50克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 黄油60克
  • 80克
  • 柠檬汁少许

Steps to make 轻芝士蛋糕

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.奶油奶酪,黄油,牛奶加一起隔水融化。
  • 3.完全融化的奶酪糊。
  • 4.蛋白和蛋黄分开。
  • 5.将柠檬汁,蛋黄逐个加人奶酪糊里拌匀。
  • 6.全部拌好的蛋黄奶酪糊。
  • 7.低筋粉过筛加入蛋黄糊中拌匀。
  • 8.再过筛两遍。
  • 9.蛋白加白糖打发,不需要完全打发,打蛋器能拉出长长的弯钩就可以。
  • 10.蛋白分三次加入蛋黄糊中拌匀。
  • 11.完全拌好的面糊。
  • 12.倒进模具里。
  • 13.烤盘加八分满的热水,上面放上烤网。
  • 14.将蛋糕房烤网上,150度烤制40分钟,再120度烤制30分钟。
  • 15.冰箱冷藏4小时后口感会更好。
