蒜香蒸鲍鱼

  • 生姜2片
  • 粉丝1/2把

Steps to make 蒜香蒸鲍鱼

  • 1.鲍鱼洗刷于净外壳,鲍鱼的裙边、底部。用勺子贴壳挖出。
  • 2.去除肠胃,再清洗一下。
  • 3.鲍鱼正面打上花刀,不要切透。
  • 4.5瓣大蒜切末,取蒜末的2/3,放入油锅小火炸香、炸黄。
  • 5.金黄色的蒜末散发出阵阵香气。千万注意别炸糊了。
  • 6.与剩下的1/3蒜放一起。
  • 7.2片生姜切丝,舀一勺李锦记的蒜蓉辣酱。
  • 8.加入10g料酒、10g生抽、蚝油10g、白糖2g拌均。
  • 9.把拌好的料汁浇在鲍鱼上。
  • 10.家里还剩一点粉丝,用热水快速泡一下,放在盘子中间。
  • 11.锅开后上笼,大火蒸3分钟。
  • 12.出锅把粉丝上下翻一下,撒葱花和小米辣点缀。
