芝士曲奇
做过很多次曲奇,但还是没正儿八经来发过菜谱,今天做的这个放淡奶油不放鸡蛋,加了芝士粉奶香味特别浓郁,喜欢奶味的可以试试,反正在我家是大受好评,我老头吃了是一个惊呼的表情!

  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 黄油80克
  • 淡奶油20克
  • 卡夫芝士粉15克
  • 糖粉40克

Steps to make 芝士曲奇

  • 1.称量好原材料:低筋面粉100克、黄油80克、卡夫芝士粉15克、淡奶油20克、糖粉40克
  • 2.黄油提前从冰箱取出,室温软化到用手指可以轻松按出洞的状态,把糖粉加入到黄油里
  • 3.用打蛋器把黄油打发至蓬松发白的状态如图
  • 4.黄油里加入淡奶油,继续打发
  • 5.打发好的黄油奶油糊
  • 6.把低筋面粉过筛进黄油糊里,
  • 7.加入芝士粉,
  • 8.用硅胶刀拌匀
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,裱花袋里装入8齿的裱花嘴剪开口,把面糊装入到裱花袋里,
  • 10.挤入烤盘,
  • 11.全部挤好后送进烤箱上下火180度中层烤15分钟,至表面金黄色即可出炉,冷却后食用或密封保存!
