红薯花生桃胶汤
冬季,房间里有了暖气,空气便干燥起来,总想喝点滋补身体的汤汤水水,我是北方人,不像南方人那样会做各种汤羹,刚好有了这款苏泊尔的智能电炖锅,各种汤、粥、甜品就都可以做啦。因为可以小火慢炖,不用担心会糊锅底,只要把食材放入,剩下的就是等待美味出炉呀。

  • 红枣3颗
  • 枸杞6粒
  • 清水400克

Steps to make 红薯花生桃胶汤

  • 1.准备原料:红薯、红枣、花生、红糖、枸杞、银耳、桃胶。
  • 2.提前几个小时将花生、桃胶和银耳浸泡。
  • 3.浸泡好的桃胶去掉杂质,银耳撕小块(没有银耳可以不加),红薯去皮切小块。
  • 4.苏泊尔智能电炖锅清洗干净内胆后,加入红薯和花生。
  • 5.加入桃胶和银耳。
  • 6.再加入清水。
  • 7.按功能开关选择甜品,其默认时间是3.3个小时,按开始键。
  • 8.盖上锅盖,剩下的就是等待,我们可以忙自己的事去啦。
  • 9.剩下1个小时的时候,加入切碎的红枣、枸杞,继续慢炖。
  • 10.最后加入红糖,搅拌慢慢融化。
  • 11.看,甜品做好啦。
  • 12.午后的阳光下,来一碗小甜品,美美哒。
  • 13.美容养颜,滋补身体,一碗好汤噢。
