这个菜名好听吗?
这是一道由淮山药,肉糜,蟹肉做成的小吃。
口感相当的好!是一道养身美食。
这也是俺今年春天去福建旅游,在沙县“林霞精品美食”店里品尝到的美食。
只是自己在学习做的过程中,稍微做些改变。也算是有些创新吧。
林霞是福建三明市餐饮烹饪协会名厨专业委员会顾问,她做的小吃在福建三明沙县首屈一指!
此菜老少皆宜,尤其适应老年人吃。

  • 淮山药400克
  • 猪肉50克
  • 螃蟹1只
  • 枸杞1把

Steps to make 秦淮依旧

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.螃蟹蒸熟,用剪刀与牙签剔出蟹肉,
  • 3.猪肉洗净切碎,
  • 4.淮山药去皮洗净,用刀背刮成山药泥,放入大盘,
  • 5.放入猪肉糜
  • 6.加50克左右的清水,
  • 7.加些盐,胡椒粉,料酒,搅拌匀,
  • 8.撒上蟹肉,
  • 9.撒些枸杞,葱花,
  • 10.蒸锅里水开后,隔水蒸20分钟即可。
