  • 1.冰皮月饼粉和水混合
  • 2.和面
  • 3.用打蛋器把榴莲打成泥,注意要提前把榴莲核去掉
  • 4.将面团分成12个小面团,压扁。包入榴莲后,用磨具压成形状。
  • 5.放入冰箱冷藏后即可食用
  • 6.口感冰凉舒爽
