小朋友的最爱——照烧鸡饭
每次带师姐家小朋友出去玩,如果在外面吃饭,她就一定要吃照烧鸡饭。
来日本以后,照烧类的东西做过不少,照烧魳鱼啦,照烧小排啦,照烧鸡腿啦。
今天家里没有鸡腿,找到6个鸡翅根,比照鸡腿的做饭烧了一下,倒是比鸡腿更嫩更好吃呢。
今天咱们吃——照烧鸡饭!

  • 鸡翅根6个
  • 三色冷冻菜100g
  • 米饭2碗
  • 酱油3大勺
  • 味淋2大勺
  • 蜂蜜1大勺
  • 清酒1大勺

Steps to make 小朋友的最爱——照烧鸡饭

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.将鸡翅根切开,露出鸡骨。
  • 3.贴着鸡骨用刀,给翅根剔骨。
  • 4.将剔骨后的鸡肉放一勺清酒,少许姜泥,抓腌10分钟。
  • 5.炒锅内放油,加入三色蔬菜。
  • 6.加盐一勺,炒匀后盛出待用。
  • 7.炒锅内放油少许,加入鸡肉,小火煎熟。
  • 8.煎至两面都有微微的焦黄色。
  • 9.将剩余的调味酱汁混合在一起,成照烧酱。
  • 10.将酱汁倒入锅中,加入等量的清水,小火慢烧。
  • 11.五分钟后,开大火收汁。
  • 12.将米饭盛入盘中。
  • 13.周围摆上炒熟的三色蔬菜。
  • 14.关火,将鸡肉摆到米饭上,淋入剩余的汤汁即可。
