蜜红豆戚风蛋糕
戚风做的比较多了,为了吸引孩子,所以总想着变点花样,柔软的戚风蛋糕里面加入了蜜红豆,咬下每口都是惊喜哦!

  • 温水30g
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 白醋几滴
  • 玉米油27g

Steps to make 蜜红豆戚风蛋糕

  • 1.将鸡蛋分开蛋黄和蛋清。
  • 2.先来制作蛋黄糊部分,盆里30g的温水,10g的细砂糖,搅拌到完全融化
  • 3.然后加入27g玉米油里面,搅拌到混合均匀
  • 4.分次加入蛋黄里面,每次搅拌均匀了再继续添加搅拌
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉里面
  • 6.混合成浓稠的糊糊,这样蛋黄糊部分就做好了
  • 7.接下来做蛋白部分,分次加入30g的细砂糖,用电动打蛋器搅打
  • 8.打到接近干性发泡,这样蛋白糊就打好了
  • 9.蛋白糊取1/3到蛋黄糊里面,切拌匀
  • 10.然后将剩下的蛋白糊全部加进去,切拌几下
  • 11.加入蜜红豆里面
  • 12.完全且拌均匀
  • 13.办好的蛋糕糊倒入6寸活底模具里面,抹平表面
  • 14.放入预热好的烤箱里面,145度,中下层20分钟左右.再转到下层,170度,25分钟!
