圣诞巧克力树桩蛋糕

  • 淡奶油300g
  • 20g
  • 香草精2g
  • 淡奶油60g
  • 巧克力60g
  • 草莓3个

Steps to make 圣诞巧克力树桩蛋糕

  • 1.材料备齐。鸡蛋室温即可!
  • 2.牛奶隔水加热到50-60度。
  • 3.鸡蛋和细砂糖混合。
  • 4.隔热水打发。
  • 5.打发到画8字不消失即可。
  • 6.加入过筛的粉类拌匀。
  • 7.取适量面糊和热牛奶混合。
  • 8.在返回面糊里拌匀。
  • 9.面糊倒入28的烤盘内。铺平。
  • 10.烤箱中层,180度,10-12分钟。取出放凉备用。
  • 11.淡奶油加入糖,朗姆酒或者香草精打发到明显纹路状态。
  • 12.蛋糕卷前后两端切斜面。抹上淡奶油。
  • 13.身体近侧奶油涂成山型。
  • 14.借用擀面杖辅助卷起。冷藏定型。
  • 15.淡奶油加热后倒入巧克力中融话,制成巧克力甘纳许。
  • 16.蛋糕卷切下一块放在侧面,表面涂甘纳许,再用草莓等装饰一下即可!然后表面撒糖粉即可!
