  • 腌柠檬4个

  • 青柠8个
  • 生抽4勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 白糖2勺
  • 3勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 纯净水1000ml

Steps to make 酸辣柠檬鸡爪

  • 1.鸡爪冷水两边洗去血水,然后给鸡爪修个指甲,再1分3切好。
  • 2.姜,蒜米,小米辣,腌制的柠檬(可不放),切碎备用。
  • 3.青柠,柠檬切好片备用,一定要去除籽。
  • 4.鸡爪冷水下锅,放入姜片,料酒。
  • 5.水开后一定要撇去浮末。
  • 6.鸡爪煮熟后捞起,放入冰水中浸泡。
  • 7.准备一个大碗,放入切好的蒜米,小米辣,姜碎,柠檬汁,腌柠檬碎,然后加入4勺生抽。
  • 8.放入1勺蚝油。
  • 9.放入1勺白糖。
  • 10.放入2勺白醋。
  • 11.放入1勺老抽。
  • 12.放入1000毫升纯净水。
  • 13.放入切好的柠檬勺搅拌均匀。
  • 14.最后放入鸡爪,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱一夜。
  • 15.经过一夜的浸泡,利爪已经变色,并且入味,这样的鸡爪冰冰凉凉,很有嚼头,连汤汁一起吃,越吃越停不下来。
