呵呵,本来打算晚上做卷饼吃,可是我这个南方人做面食还是不在行,没什么经验,烙饼的时候发现饼太软太薄,今晚恐怕是没有卷饼吃了,于是临时决定做炒饼,废物利用,不浪费

Steps to make 炒饼

  • 1.面粉加入清水准备和面。
  • 2.用筷子搅拌步骤1,搅拌成一个大面团。
  • 3.揉面团至光滑,静置一小会儿。
  • 4.将面团分成数个小面团,将小面团擀成一张张面饼状。
  • 5.将食用油滴在面饼上抹均匀。
  • 6.将没3张抹过油的面饼重叠在一起。
  • 7.锅烧热,放少许油如果稍稍加热。
  • 8.将重叠的三张饼一起放在锅中开小火烙饼。
  • 9.一面烙好后,再烙另一面至微黄,起锅撕成小块待用。
  • 10.锅中倒入食用油烧至微热,放入葱段煸香。
  • 11.下入撕好的烙饼片翻炒。
  • 12.烹入少许生抽和胡椒粉翻炒一下会儿,便可出锅。
