  • 糖粉100克

  • 玉米油100克
  • 低筋面粉400克
  • 香葱40克

Steps to make 咸酥。香香滴【香葱曲奇】

  • 1.将香葱洗净,只要葱绿部分,切碎
  • 2.黄油切小块,室温软化(冬天可隔热水稍微暖一暖),加入糖粉和盐大致搅拌一下。再用电动打蛋器将其打至膨胀,颜色变浅
  • 3.将玉米油分次加入,搅拌均匀
  • 4.再分次将水加入,搅拌均匀
  • 5.搅拌完成后顺滑有光泽
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀搅拌至无干粉状态
  • 7.放入切碎的香葱碎
  • 8.搅拌至香葱分布均匀
  • 9.选用中号8齿曲奇花嘴,装入裱花袋。将面糊装入裱花袋内
  • 10.在烤盘上挤出曲奇花纹
  • 11.烤箱预热,180度,时间20分钟。预热完成后放入烤盘,中层。烤至表面呈金黄色即可。(大家可按自家烤箱脾性调整时间)
  • 12.曲奇出炉,放晾网上晾凉后,密封保存
