Steps to make 醋溜白菜

  • 1.白菜帮洗净
  • 2.横切成6-7厘米左右的段,再竖切成粗丝
  • 3.红辣椒剪成丝后水洗一下,葱姜切碎
  • 4.小碗中加入1大匙生抽、1大匙白糖、1.5大匙白醋、适量土豆淀粉和蒜末,再加小半碗水调和成汁备用
  • 5.热锅凉油,下葱姜和辣椒丝炒香
  • 6.下白菜丝翻炒
  • 7.炒至白菜出水,微变软
  • 8.加入调好的味汁
  • 9.大火快炒,至汤汁浓稠,出酸味蒜味时就可以出锅了
