  • 1.海蜇头用凉开水洗一洗,捞出沥干水。
  • 2.胡萝卜洗干净切成片 。
  • 3.圆白菜洗干净切成块儿。
  • 4.胡萝卜、圆白菜入锅焯水后捞出沥干水。
  • 5.碗中加盐、胡椒粉、白砂糖。
  • 6.加香甜醋,再加芝麻油调成凉拌汁。
  • 7.胡萝卜、圆白菜放到容器中。
  • 8.再放入海蜇头。
  • 9.加凉拌汁,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.即可享用。
