妈妈做的大肉粽从小吃到大,以前小时候只有过年妈妈才会包粽子,现在只要想吃,什么时候都可以包。现在在外面,随时也可以买得到,只要我觉得还是我妈妈包的粽子才是最好吃的,特别是煎过的大粽,是我最喜欢的!

在我家,我爸,弟弟,和我,那是无粽不欢,多少都能吃得完。

  • 1.这是妈妈做的大粽子,我切块冷冻起来保存的,先拿出来解冻
  • 2.刀子粘水,切成4片
  • 3.平底锅放少量食用油,小火烧热
  • 4.摆上粽子,小火慢慢煎
  • 5.一片煎到微黄后,翻面再煎,多翻几次,煎到两面都是金黄色就可以了,趁热食用哦
