  • 1.柴鸡去毛内脏,收拾干净后用清水洗净;
  • 2.剁成3厘米块,倒入老酒浸泡1小时;
  • 3.把浸泡的鸡块带老酒一起倒入锅内,再放入姜片、香菇以及水;
