Steps to make 猪脚红烧地蛋

  • 1.地蛋二个。
  • 2.猪脚一个剁成块、毛洗干净。
  • 3.大葱切段、姜、蒜用刀拍松、多种香料备用(香料可用十三香代替)。
  • 4.坐油锅、油烧至五、六成热,放入地蛋块炸一下(地蛋切不规格的厚象眼片)。
  • 5.捞出控出控油。
  • 6.留底油慢火煸炒一下、防止粘锅。
  • 7.放入酱油、冰糖煸炒上色、放入甜面酱煸炒到八成熟。
  • 8.猪脚、葱、姜、蒜、花椒、盐、地蛋、老汤(没有老汤可用水代替)放入高压锅内。
  • 9.炖二十分钟。
  • 10.放入味精、出锅装碗。
