彩绘蛋糕卷【让蛋糕充满艺术气息】
一直很想做一款彩绘蛋糕卷,经历了反复的失败,终于找到了这种又美腻又简单的做法,现在就分享给大家。要说心得嘛~那就是:只要有心,人人都是蛋糕师!

  • 蛋黄2个
  • 大豆油30g
  • 30g
  • 低粉40g
  • 奶油适量(夹馅部分)

Steps to make 彩绘蛋糕卷【让蛋糕充满艺术气息】

  • 1.先准备一张油纸,画出自己喜欢的小花的图案;
  • 2.鸡蛋分成蛋白和蛋黄,分别打入盆中,蛋白的盆一定要无油无水;
  • 3.将细砂糖分三次加入蛋白中,用打蛋器达到硬性发泡,提起打蛋器有个小尖角;
  • 4.打好的蛋白应该是倒盆不洒,然后放入冰箱冷藏;
  • 5.蛋黄打散,加入水、细砂糖和大豆油拌匀;
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.将面粉筛入蛋黄糊中,用刮刀拌匀;
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.取出一勺蛋黄糊(根据你要绘制的图案决定多少),再加入1/2小匙的低筋面粉后搅拌均匀;
  • 10.均匀搅拌后,滴入红色色素(一滴即可);
  • 11.加入体积两倍的蛋白糊;
  • 12.搅拌均匀
  • 13.用同样的方法制作绿色色素(也可以取一部分红色糊加入蓝色色素);
  • 14.将色素糊填充至之前准备好的油纸图案里,放入烤盘里,再放入烤箱中以170C°先烘烤1分钟;
  • 15.将蛋白取出,舀一半的蛋白加入蛋黄糊中拌匀;
  • 16.再将拌好的糊倒入蛋白中,迅速搅拌均匀;
  • 17.搅拌均匀
  • 18.取出烤好的油纸彩绘图烤盘;
  • 19.把制作好的蛋白霜加入其烤盘中;
  • 20.放入预热好180度的烤箱,上下火,中层,大约烤10-12分钟;(用牙签插入如果没有粘就熟了)。取出倒扣晾凉,撕下背面的油纸;
  • 21.这时打法一些淡奶油
  • 22.将已经冷却的蛋糕卷翻转过来,涂抹蛋糕上(烤的时候的挨着油纸的面现在是背面,卷起来之后是正面)
  • 23.下面垫一层油纸,将蛋糕卷卷起来;
  • 24.融化一些黑色巧克力,用细刷笔勾边。(也可以将融化的黑色巧克力装入裱花袋描边)
  • 25.放入冰箱冷藏1个小时以上即可食用。(如果你舍得吃的话,哈哈)
