Steps to make 【北京】寿桃

  • 1.除红曲粉以外的其他所有材料放入搅拌缸中,将面团和匀后常温发酵至两倍大左右
  • 2.将发酵好的面团分割成80克的面团三个,剩余面团做成了馒头
  • 3.首先做成馒头生胚:滚圆
  • 4.再做成桃子形状,用刮板压出桃瓣
  • 5.在桃子表面用牙刷刷上红曲粉
  • 6.依此做好后放入电饭锅内醒发15分钟
  • 7.用小米电饭锅的蒸煮档功能16分钟
  • 8.蒸熟后再在电饭锅中焖五分钟取出即可
