  • 1.鸡腿肉去掉肥油,用刀背拍松,用奥尔良腌料腌制入味,我腌制了一晚上,切碎
  • 2.炒锅放油放入鸡块
  • 3.加入切好的香菇片
  • 4.放入洋葱丝,放土豆片翻炒至八分熟
  • 5.发好的面擀平
  • 6.放进烤盘里,用叉子扎眼
  • 7.抹上披萨酱(披萨酱的做法见我的菜谱)
  • 8.撒上一层奶酪
  • 9.放上炒好的鸡肉
  • 10.再撒一层奶酪,在上面放上青椒丝
  • 11.烤箱220度,烤制20分钟即可
