宝宝辅食-营养又松软的南瓜松饼
对于南瓜我是爱的不要不要的,各种折腾,今天给娃做的南瓜松饼,这款南瓜松饼真的是超级好吃,软软的给小宝宝很合适,做的时候摊小一点很适合小宝宝手抓着吃。

南瓜含有胡萝卜素及多重微量元素对于小宝来说,吃惯了南瓜粥,南瓜糊,做个南瓜小松饼也不错,还可以锻炼咀嚼能力。

工具:电饼铛或者平底锅,面粉筛,料理机,刮刀,勺子

Steps to make 宝宝辅食-营养又松软的南瓜松饼

  • 1.南瓜切块蒸熟,蛋清蛋白分离待用。盆子必须是无油无水的。把南瓜,配方奶,用料理机打成南瓜泥。
  • 2.倒入蛋黄中搅拌均匀。这张照片我真不知道自已咋拍的,忽略我的技术,咱看文字就行了。越看越像,唉。。。。。
  • 3.在搅拌均匀的蛋黄糊中筛入低筋面粉,这一步不能省略。不要画圈圈,会起筋,可以像类似于炒菜画J字那样翻拌。
  • 4.把糖分三次加入蛋白中,打发蛋白。蛋白打到硬性泡发,打蛋器提起来有个直立得小三角就可以了。
  • 5.打好的蛋白分三次加入蛋黄南瓜糊中,每加入一次都要搅拌均匀。不要过度搅拌,会起筋。
  • 6.平底锅或电饼铛预热,不抹油,把南瓜糊用勺子舀起来,倒入平底锅,摊成一个个小圆饼。找一个家里用的深一点的勺子,这样摊出的小饼才会大小差不多。面糊倒入锅里自然成圆。
  • 7.大约一分钟左右,上面出现小气泡,底部凝固,就可以翻面了。翻过来继续煎熟就可以了。
  • 8.我这个摊得不是很大,所以熟得也快,妈妈要注意火别大了,不然会糊底。
