自制糯米藕
糯米藕是一道独具特色的中式甜品,以糯米、藕作为主料制作的糯米藕具有补肺益气,健脾开胃、益血生肌之功效。其颜色红亮、软糯香甜,夏季食用亦可作为冷菜系,糯米藕有一种特殊的清香。

Steps to make 自制糯米藕

  • 1.先泡适量糯米(买来的糯米中有几粒黑米)浸泡2至3小时。
  • 2.藕洗净去皮,再冲净,将藕从一侧切开。
  • 3.将藕孔隙中灌入糯米。
  • 4.2个藕都塞满糯米,插上牙签固定防散。
  • 5.高压锅中先放入冲干净的草连,再放入藕,没有红糖了只好放入冰糖(可随自己口味加减)、放入一袋红曲米粉起上色作用,高压锅压制40分钟,浸泡一夜。
  • 6.这是放了一夜的糯米藕(热切不易成型),刀上沾点水好切。
  • 7.餐桌上拍照亮堂,藕的颜色非常漂亮!颜色红润,软糯香甜(红曲米粉无毒无副作用)可将红色原汁浇至糯米藕上(感觉本色更美)。
