香酥麻花
这款麻花是香酥型的,酥脆的口感,不是硬硬的那种,老人和孩子都很喜欢!

Steps to make 香酥麻花

  • 1.20克清水中加入30克白糖,搅拌使其溶化,再打入一个鸡蛋和5克猪油,搅打均匀备用。
  • 2.面粉,奶粉,盐,小苏打,无铝泡打粉,称好放在盆中先搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把混合好的粉倒入溶液中,揉成一个面团,盖上盖,静置1小时。
  • 4.将静置好的面团一分为二,先取一份出来操作,另一半仍然盖上盖防水份流失。
  • 5.擀成0.5厘米厚的面皮,切成条状。
  • 6.放桌上搓成约30厘米的长条。
  • 7.一手抓一端,两手反相转10几下后对折,面条就自然绞起来了。
  • 8.继续抓着两头,再双手反相转后,对折第二次。
  • 9.收层时,就是把两条尾巴从头的圈圈处穿过去,稍捏紧下就可以了。
  • 10.小麻花依次这样做好。
  • 11.锅中油温4成热,下入做好的小麻花,用最小的火力慢慢炸,其中不断用筷子翻动,使其炸的更均匀。
  • 12.慢慢的麻花就会膨胀浮起来。我分两锅炸的。
  • 13.炸至微微上色,淡淡的金黄色就可以捞起控油,麻花自身的热度还会让它再上一个色度。
  • 14.放凉后的麻花,个个金黄,十分讨喜,让人很有食欲。
  • 15.完全凉透后,才可以收密封罐保存哦。
