香葱曲奇
婆婆有糖尿病,不能吃太甜的东西,但是到下午的时候会肚子饿,总会吃些小点心,于是我经常会做这款香葱曲奇饼干备在饼干罐子里,吃上几片,喝杯牛奶,简单的下午茶。
方子来自吾爱烘焙,原方子是40克糖粉,40克细砂糖,我只用了40克糖粉,另外放了大概3克盐,做出来是咸甜味,很好吃。

  • 低粉200克
  • 糖粉40克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 全蛋液50克
  • 1小把

Steps to make 香葱曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化打至蓬松。
  • 2.加糖粉搅打均匀。
  • 3.分次加牛奶搅打均匀。
  • 4.分次加入全蛋液充分搅匀。
  • 5.加入洗净沥干切碎的葱末,喜欢葱味浓的可以多放点。
  • 6.筛入低粉。
  • 7.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 8.把曲奇花嘴装入裱花袋,再装上面糊。
  • 9.挤在铺好油纸的烤盘上。
  • 10.中层,上下火,150度烤30至35分钟。
  • 11.取出冷却后更酥。
  • 12.成品 。
