  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.鸡脯肉切丁,加入生粉,胡椒粉,少许盐,一茶匙料酒拌匀腌制十分钟左右
  • 3.姜蒜切末,辣椒切段,花椒,大葱切丁,准备一个小碗倒入小半碗水加入一茶匙半老抽,一茶匙半白糖,三分之一茶匙盐和少许鸡粉,一茶匙香醋调匀备用
  • 4.油锅倒入适量的油下花生米炸熟捞出备用。
  • 5.下鸡丁滑散,变色捞出备用。
  • 6.下花椒爆香
  • 7.下姜末蒜末辣椒一起煸炒出香味
  • 8.倒入鸡丁一起煸炒
  • 9.倒入准备好的调味汁大火烧开
  • 10.加入切好的大葱
  • 11.少许生粉调成水欠勾欠,倒入炸好的花生米翻炒均匀即可。
