春天的韭菜之所以为人们喜爱,是因为它经历了一个严冬的养精蓄锐,加之春天常有夜雨,次晨收割,其中含有充分的水分,便柔嫩多汁,味道最香。

  • 1.主料:春韭菜500克、干粉条200克;副料:青红椒;调料:盐、糖、生抽、红油、香油、鱼油、陈醋
  • 2.将盐、糖、生抽、红油、香油、鱼油、陈醋,各种调料混合一起,搅拌均匀
  • 3.青、红椒切圈备用
  • 4.粉条放入温水泡透
  • 5.锅中烧水,加入少许盐和食用油,水开后将洗净的韭菜放入锅中焯烫10秒钟
  • 6.捞出韭菜迅速放入冰水中过凉
  • 7.将过凉好的韭菜拧开水份切成韭菜段
  • 8.将韭菜段和泡发好的粉条放入容器中,撒上青、红椒圈、将混合好的调料淋入,吃时拌均即可
