Steps to make 【蟹味棒韭菜QQ面】

  • 1.准备好所有材料,火腿和蟹柳撕去外包装,切成小条状,韭菜彻底洗净切段,蒜头,辣椒切小粒备用
  • 2.锅内煮开水后,把公仔面掰成两块放入,用筷子将面饼焯烫滚散开
  • 3.不用煮久,面条能散开就捞出沥干水分,倒入少许油搅拌均匀,使面条不会粘连在一起
  • 4.另取一锅倒入适量玉米油,加热后倒入蒜头粒和辣椒粒爆香,再加入蟹味条和火腿条炒香后盛出备用
  • 5.锅内留油,倒入韭菜段炒熟,不要翻炒得过久使韭菜变得太老,盛出备用
  • 6.瞌入两个打散的鸡蛋,翻炒,可以用韭菜余出来的油份炒鸡蛋就可以,不用再加油
  • 7.将所有材料混合在一起,公仔面的调料粉一并加入,大概加3包的量就可以,面条用的是4包的量,调味料全加会太咸,所以适当减少
  • 8.快速翻炒均匀,让面条和蟹味条韭菜鸡蛋全部与调料混合入味,最后淋入少许香麻油,盛出趁热食用
