Steps to make 烤韭菜包

  • 1.在面粉中放入适量的酵母, 再慢慢加入牛奶;
  • 2.揉成光滑的面团后盖上保鲜膜在室温下醒发;
  • 3.在肉馅中加入姜末,胡椒,五香粉,生粉, 料酒和生抽, 顺着一个方向搅拌上劲, 腌制一下;
  • 4.再放入韭菜碎,加入盐和胡椒,香油,顺着相同的方向搅拌均匀;
  • 5.将发好的面团, 揉搓一下, 分成大小相同的剂子;
  • 6.将剂子擀成圆片, 包入馅料;
  • 7.左手托着,右手一边拎起,一边捏拢,形成自然的褶子;
  • 8.将包好的包子放在底部刷层油的烤盘上, 再饧上十分钟;
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中, 中下层, 10分钟; 再拿出放在中层, 5分钟即可, 这样包子表面都烤成黄色, 热腾腾的烤包子就出炉啦。
